Job Title: Service Technician
Location: 11206 Leadbetter Road, Ashland, VA 23005
Pay: Salary + Benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST

Requirements:

Applicants MUST have a valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-starter and self-motivated

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Skills and Experience:

Must demonstrate an engaged mindset that is self-directed, team oriented, focused, as well as demonstrated critical thinking capability and professional integrity

Must be able to perform essential physical elements of the position

Service Technician experience preferred but not required

Job Description:

Assist with installations, repairs, and upgrades for copiers and other office equipment

Perform routine service and maintenance on copiers and other equipment in the field

Maintain customer satisfaction and achievement of company requirements in call production, response time and parts management

Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs

Practice time management when completing work tasks

Maintain a high level of technical expertise

Continue to upgrade knowledge to improve effectiveness on the equipment

Provide exceptional customer service & Operate a vehicle in a safe manner

Maintain appropriate professional appearance

Complete all work in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures
